3. Order & Payment
Orders must be paid in full before delivery (unless Cash on Delivery is selected).
We accept payments through:
bKash/Nagad/Rocket
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Bank Transfer (if available)
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified without contacting our support.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across Bangladesh using third-party courier partners.
Delivery time may vary between 2–5 working days depending on your location.
Any delivery delays caused by unforeseen events (strikes, natural disasters, etc.) are beyond our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
Products can be returned within 3 days of delivery if they are:
Damaged
Defective
Wrong item delivered
To request a return or exchange, please contact us with proof (photo/video).
Products must be unused and in original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
